Job Title: Solutions Architect – HR Portal

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Remote

Position Requirements

•             10+ years’ experience leading ServiceNow HRSD custom integrations and implementations as a hands-on solution architect/lead engineer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment

•             Enterprise background leading technical teams in the implementation and operations of HRSD solution

•             Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Mobile and Web Onboarding

•             Good understanding of HR profiles, HR Case Management, HR Service Catalog, ESC, Employee document management, Employee lifecycle events and emergency response management

•             ServiceNow HR System Architecture – Plugins, HR Table Structure, Application Scoping

•             Experience with ServiceNow HR Services, Catalog, forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy, actions, and Client and Server scripts

•             Good understanding of available HR integrations with 3rd party tool

•             Hands-on experience migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow

•             Understand how to Configure Security Options to Protect HR Data

•             Exceptional communication skills, especially in HRSD products space, including the ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move projects forward.

Responsibilities

•             Identifies and defines business solutions for all HR users, aiding in translating HR business requirements into technical requirements

•             Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.

•             Participates in requirements discussions

•             Searches, populates, and customizes the HR knowledge base

•             Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD

•             Configure and Implement ServiceNow Core HR Applications and Employee Service Center – Users, Groups, Skills, and Roles, Assignment Rules, HR Services, HR Catalog Items, and Record Producers, HR Service Portal Branding
