Role- Electrical Test Equipment Design
Duration- Fulltime/Permanent
Location- Rockford, IL (Onsite)-
Experience in Design of electrical drawings, schematics and assembly drawings of an Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Machines.
Ø Support all Test Equipments, Test Rigs, Machine Installation, Commissioning, Calibration & Validation as per customer requirements.
Ø Communicate with Internal Testing team for progress on Project Transfer Activities daily w.r.t Setup of Testing Line and monitor Configuration Management.
Ø Implement standard work procedures, LOTO procedures for all Equipment’s / Machines.
Ø Support timely execution of calibration for all Measuring & Monitoring Devices used in Production Line.
Ø Able to identify problems, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for all Test Rigs, Machine and SPM relative Problems (Electronics, Mechanical, Electro-mechanical).
Ø Support Design team on Prototype Testing and Validation activity.
Ø Support Testing Team during Internal Quality Audits, Customer Audits, BSI Audits, etc…
